With this home in the heart of the center, your family will have everything at hand. Within walking distance, you'll find various beach establishments equipped with pools, bars, and restaurants. Moreover, you're only 20 minutes away from Naples and 30 minutes from the captivating cultural destinations of Caserta and Capua. You'll also be very close to the port connections of Pozzuoli, with hydrofoils and ferries to Ischia, Capri, Procida, and the Amalfi Coast. The house is only 9 kilometers from the train station connected to the Naples metro, offering a strategic location for all your choices.

THE SPACE

This spacious house is perfect for accommodating up to 18 guests. With its 110 square meters, it offers various accommodation options, including bunk beds, single beds, sofa beds, and double beds. So, despite the generous size, it remains a cozy and comfortable place even for larger groups.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Hosting is a genuine pleasure for us. It means having the opportunity to learn about other cultures, languages, and customs. We can communicate smoothly in English, German, and French. We take particular pride in the serenity of our guests and their reviews.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The house is located on a private avenue in a neighborhood dominated by the beauty of a vast maritime pine forest, ensuring excellent air quality. Just 300 meters, as the crow flies, beyond the Pine Forest, the Sea stretches out. This characteristic gives the neighborhood its name, PinetaMare. In the vicinity, you'll find fast-food places, supermarkets, pools, and many other opportunities for both daytime and evening entertainment.

GETTING AROUND

About 9 kilometers away is the train station, from which you can directly reach the Naples metro lines. This is a solution we highly recommend compared to bus lines, which unfortunately can't guarantee the same efficiency and comfort. We always have the shuttle service to the train station available. Just 300 meters from the house, there's a wonderful nature trail you can take (by appointment) inside the Nature Reserve, where you can admire an incredible variety of biodiversity and have an exceptional naturalistic experience.
