A not very large house but excellent for 4 guests. We strive to make a difference by placing the guest at the center of our attention and actively participating in making their stay thoroughly satisfying, be it for vacation, work, or other reasons. The residence is strategically located, 950 meters from the sea and just a few kilometers from Naples, Ischia, Capri, Amalfi, Sorrento, and the Royal Palace of Caserta. We offer accompanying services with minibusses and tourist guides.

SPACE

We try to take care of all the details and have made the indoor and outdoor spaces very welcoming. We offer guests the opportunity to have contact with nature and to collect, according to the seasons, fresh produce from the shared garden located in front of the house. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor patio where they can dine in the evening with a large barbecue.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Hosting for us is a real pleasure and it means having the opportunity to get to know other cultures, other languages, and other customs. We are able to communicate without any problems in English, German, and French. The serenity of the guests and their reviews are the results we are most proud of.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The house is located on a private avenue in a neighborhood dominated by the beauty of an immense maritime pine forest that guarantees excellent air quality. Right after the Pine Forest, 300 meters in a straight line, there is the Sea. From this characteristic, the name of the PinetaMare neighborhood is derived. A few steps away, there are fast-food places, supermarkets, pools, and many other services and opportunities for daytime and evening entertainment.

GETTING AROUND

About 9 km away is the train station from which you can directly reach the Metro lines of the city of Naples, a solution strongly recommended compared to bus lines which, unfortunately, fail to be effective and comfortable. Shuttle service to the train station is always available. 300 meters from the house, there is a wonderful nature trail that can be taken (by appointment) within the Nature Reserve where you can admire countless elements of biodiversity and have an exceptional nature experience.

We are always available for guests for anything they may need.

The apartment has spacious bedrooms, all with windows, mosquito nets, and security grilles. The kitchen is huge and equipped with a fridge-freezer, coffee machine, TV, table and chairs, sofa bed, and a complete set of dishes in a sideboard. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower. Possibility to add an inflatable mattress for free. A few kilometers away, reachable with the VOLTOUR shuttle, there is our vegetable garden with a small rural farm.

SPACE

Large and absolutely clean space, possibility to organize excursions, guided tours, lunches, and dinners in specific locations or according to our directions.

ACCESS FOR GUESTS

The apartment is accessible from both a pedestrian gate and a sliding driveway gate (automated), and you will have keys and a remote control for both. There is ample parking space for cars, vans, motorcycles, bikes, etc.

The location of the apartment is absolutely strategic as it is located along a wonderful coastline where it will also be possible to use equipped bathing establishments in agreement with us, with the option of being accompanied by VOLTOUR shuttles.

The territory is rich in greenery, and the accommodation is practically attached to one of the largest nature reserves in the Campania region.

Moreover, you're only 20 minutes away from Naples and 30 minutes from the captivating cultural destinations of Caserta and Capua. You'll also be very close to the port connections of Pozzuoli, with hydrofoils and ferries to Ischia, Capri, Procida, and the Amalfi Coast. The house is only 9 kilometers from the train station connected to the Naples metro, offering a strategic location for all your choices.

This spacious house is perfect for accommodating up to 18 guests. With its 110 square meters, it offers various accommodation options, including bunk beds, single beds, sofa beds, and double beds. So, despite the generous size, it remains a cozy and comfortable place even for larger groups.
